Localization - question

Hi All,
I have some issue concerning localization. I was asked to install polish localization in my newly installed E910. I found some ESU concerning localizations using Change Assistant but I am not sure if it is all I need to download and install. I am having issues finding any doc about this so I'd like to ask for some guidance from more experienced colleagues.
