One View Reporting issue

Hi All,
I have upgraded my TR to 9.1.2.0 and I would like to configure One View Reporting. I followed the manual I got during the Oracle Tech Track, I imported boilerplates, setup softcoding, created user in BI Publisher but when I try to setup my BIP password I do not have this option in my user Preferences. Manual says that whenI click Form in my system options I should have BI Publisher Pswd option but I do not and I dont know what is wrong...
