Hi All,
I am trying to integrate PeopleSoft CRM 9.1 revision 2 HR HelpDesk with Oracle eBS.
Chapter 6 of the PeopleSoft_Customer_Relationship_Management_9.1_Installation_Guide has a very, very short description of the steps to take.
I have already found several detailed documents on MOS describing how to setup FullSync and Incremental sync.
In these documents it is stated to use the EBS_HR node, which is not to be found in my environment. I am missing something? Do I need to install patches to obtain this node?

And is there please one complete manual describing which steps to take to integrate PeopleSoft CRM HR HelpDesk with eBS HR 12.1, instead of several documents on MOS?
