Hi,
Instructions from the interoperablilty document, 881505.1. Says to apply patch 11876699 but its failed,
note BIV: Error Applying Patch 11876699: ORA-00904: "F"."RESOLVED_FLAG": invalid identifier [ID 1380192.1] - says to skip the failed workers and apply patch 10163753 after 11876699 has completed,
but this patch (10163753)  is only available for Release12.
