Call to csi_item_instance_pub.update_item_instance ending in Error
The package is working as expected updating all fields unless the Instance has an associated Warranty Contract.
In these cases I can update all fields except for owner.
When I try to update owner API returns error "API Programming Error: Installed Base to Contracts Interface Failed."
Oracle Support recommended activating debug for oks% and re-trying.
After doing this, I'm not seeing anything specific to oks in the log results.
Is there something else I need to do? Has anyone come across this error before?
