Fun with SR Reports
Most recently I was asked “If I wanted to see a Service Request (SR) report for a specific time-frame and product -- how would I do that?” True to my Support-nature, here are three options for consideration. (It's true. Three options vs. one. It’s a Support thing.) Two options are My Oracle Support SR region-specific and one is an export option. I hope that you have as much fun playing with these options as I did.
Option #1: (Fun Factor: 4) In the SR region, click on the click on the link then edit the filter criteria to read: Date Opened >= DATE1, then add a relevant Support Identifier (SI) because SIs are associated to product(s).
