Preference center help.

Hello,

I have created a preference center webform with certain fields as shown in the attachment. I marked certain fields on this form as Pre-Populate if answered. Then when I deployed the form and built a campiagn/program around it, the web form looks as shown in the attachment with a Repeat visitor on the top of the page(cricled in blue). Myquestion is this button appears cos certain fields are marked as prepopulated? If yes, then every time the user visits this page he has to enter the email address to retrive his information?
