Category Codes interface?

Hi,

Is there any way to load the Category Codes into the system without need to enter through the form?

As we have to load 53000 category codes (i know 53k records are too many categories :( , but our client want them to be setup), i am not sure whether data loader can cope with that volume???

Any ideas for importing thousands of category codes?
