Cannot Modify OLM Document or clone an element: Why?
I am working in Online Marketing in PS CRM 9.0, which talks one way to PS Campus Solutions 9.0. I am trying to make a change to a Document in order to set a Profile field to "not required" by unchecking the "required" checkbox. The box, however, is grayed out so I cannot touch it.
I cannot seem to edit anything about the element in the Document.
I cannot clone the element in the Document.
I have full administrator authorization, so it should not be a security problem.
I thought that Profile fields were defined as required within the Profile but I cannot see any evidence that Profile fields have attributes like this themselves.
