Supplier Tab in Projects html form

Hi Projects Gurus,

We just upgraded from 11.5.10.2  to 12.1.3.
When I navigate to a project from the Project List, I see many tabs including 'Supplier'. Can anyone tell me what this tab is for and where I can find info on this.
