PAY: Retro Pay by Element In R 12.1.3

Dear All,

I'm using Retro Pay By element to calculate the Retro Process ,
My Release is  R 12.1.3
My Legislation is UAE
My Requirement is to let the value of the Retro Pay process calculated in different element ( Like Retro Pay Basic salary)
I cant do this because in the element definition screen the (Retro pay element ) field is not available. ( did not exists in the screen)
I try to use the  retro component button and link the (Retro element ) with the basic element , but when I ran the Retro Pay by element process the value of the calculation return to the same element
