Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Need a formula for converting this SCN 3.6174E+10 to a decimal value. RMAN 'recover database until SCN...' will not accept 3.6174E+10.
