Best Practices: Reporting Out of RPAS

All,

What methods/tip/tricks does the community have for customer ad-hoc reporting against data stored in RPAS?

Other examples that I have seen and heard about prior to engaging the community:

Exporting data to another DB for reporting.

OBIEE(BI answers) interfacing directly with RPAS.

Use the ODBC to directly query.

And Others mentioned in "RPAS Admin Guide (See Client section for some reporting options.)"
