This thread will address your following question

We have a situation where patch 12562413 'NO JL Transaction Numbering Mechanism Not Working In Invoice API' is listed as a pre-requisite patch for patch 12575584 'Forward Port Of Bug 9952292 in R12'. And according to the README's, Patch 12575584 is listed as a pre-requisite patch for 12562413. Circular patch logic.

In what order can these two patches be applied?
