Invalid views Pobg_suppliers, Pofg_suppliers after upgrade to R12

Customer has Invalid views Pobg_suppliers, Pofg_suppliers. Wants to know if these views can be ignored. If they can't be ignored want to know the risks to compiling them running the request as instructed in Invalid View Pobg_suppliers, Pofg_suppliers After Upgrade From 11.5.10 To 12
Had them run
select patch_level, status from fnd_product_installations
where patch_level like '%FII%';
Show FII (BIS) product is installed.
Customer says..
BI is installed in our production environment, however I do not believe that we currently use it right now.
Does it mean that even if we are not using the product and it is installed by default via the upgrade, we should make sure that all invalid objects are valid?
