Reports using SDK - Running these programs using batch/shell on the application servers

Are anyone trying to run the SDK programs to generate reports using batch/shell programs scheduled?

We are having a lot of issues with this. We are unable to run more than one program simultaneously.

Also for BOM child extraction this is eating up the system performance and we have a app server just for reporting.

We are working on some reporting solutions but for short term we need to improve the performance.
