14345089 : 12.1.3: Need advise on whether we should apply a patch or not

Hi Murthy :
Welcome to the new ESB Patching community.

This thread will address your following question

We are currently on EBS 12.1.1 and in the process of upgrading to 12.1.3 per the instructions given in note id. 1080973.1.

We have upgraded to 12.1.3 in a test instance, and we have been recommended to apply a patch 14345089.B by 'Patch Wizard' tool. Looking at this patch details (readme file), it mentions the following:

3. Patch Applicable for versions/releases:
Oracle Applications Release 12.1.1
echo $TWO_TASK

4. Target Mini-pack/Family Pack/Release
Oracle Applications Release 12.1.4

Our question is - As we have already upgraded to 12.1.3 in our test instance, should we even consider this patch or not (as readme says it is applicable for 12.1.1)? If we don't apply it, is there a risk of us having this issue when we upgrade to 12.1.3?
