API for Deleting the Child Ranges of a Parent_Flex_Value in hierarchy

Hi.

Can anyone advise me of any Seeded API using which I can delete the child_ranges corresponding to a parent_flex_value (for deleting from fnd_flex_value_norm_hierarchy and fnd_flex_value_hierarchies).
