Best before date calculation during Inventory adjustment

Hi Everyone,

When doing an inventory adjustment using P4114, I normally enter item#, lot#, branch, location quantity and expiration date.

For some reason, I get an error message: "Best before date incorrect" so I'm wondering how is that date calculated in that case since we cannot enter any "based on date" when doing an inventory adjustment.
What can I do to not get that message?
