Version 9.1 payroll issues

We are having multiple issues with payroll not processing the time entry file correctly.  We have employees with labor distribution and occupational pay rates.  When the labor distributions kicks in, it puts all pay codes into the same accounts even though the pay types go to different accounts in the AAIs.  This is only one of our issues.
