P08401-Applicat Info, redesign to tabs

Is it possible to customize P08401-Applicant Info, to hold tabs.For example, to enter Educational details, the user want to access Form exit -> Supp. Data Entry -> Education.
Instead of doing so, I will provide a tab with title "Education" and need to display the above form.
Need to implement the same for Skills, Hobbies, Languages.
Can I use different business views for the different tabs?
As I am a novice JDE developer, please let me know which form should I use here, a Power Edit form ?
