Selected Fields not syncing back to CRMOD

Morning Crew

We have a CONTACT field in CRMOD called "Job Category". As you know it also appears in ODM. I exported a bunch a Contact data from ODM. Where the Job Category field was empty, I updated these in excel and then imported them data back into ODM, It worked beautifully.

However, nothing seems to have synced back to CRMOD against the same Contacts. I've checked the Job Status reports in ODM and there don't appear to be any processes which have failed.

It's my understanding that changes made to CRMOD Contact fields in ODM should sync back to CRMOD either near real time or at minimum during the daily sync. The changes made in ODM were made three days ago.
