Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. ORDERS ARE HANG ON INTERFACE TABLES

Dear All,

We have created some orders in the oracle order management. These orders booked and closed normally but hang on interface tables.

There is no error also by running autoinvoice import program. It seems Auto Invoice Master program did not read it.

because no errors,no request_id and interface id generate in table. Kindly let me know if any one face an issue or any one can sort out it.
