Error While creating the Default category

Hi Expert,

When we are trying to create default category for the Catalog " Enterprise Asset Mangement', We are getting the below error message.

The key flexfield with application name Inventory (INV), name Item Categories (MCAT), and structure Asset Management (EAM_CATEGORIES) is not frozen. Please contact your system administrator.
 
So Can you please let us know how to fix this issue.
