Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi!Oracle EE x64 10.2.0.4, Win 2008 x64

Error ora-01403 "no data found" appears in procedure. The one select in procedure is "select sid into vr from v$mystat where rownum=1"

How such in general it is possible?
