Recurring Campaign with Different Lists

Hi All,

  We have a requirement. where we would need to create a campaign which would run on daily basis and send emails to contacts on thier birthdays.

So here the Offer and treatment would remain the same, but the List/Segment list would keep on changing every day.

So how do we approach this requirement to add the List to the campaign every day, do allocation and trigger the campaign every day ?

Any pointers would be appreciated.
