Doubts/Confusion with Metalink note [ID 876358.1] for Late sale SOH update in SIM...

I just gone through this Metalink note:

ResaFileParser Batch Does Not Upload Sales Data For Past Dates In Store Inventory Management System (SIM) India Localization Environment [ID 876358.1]

In India Localization environment, when ResaFileParser batch is run to upload the details in the POSU file in Store Inventory Management System (SIM), the changes are not reflected in the SIM database - RK_STORE_ITEM_SOH table - in terms of updating the Stock On Hand (SOH) of the item.

1.Check the RK_STORE_ITEM_SOH table for an item and its last stock count approval date.
2.Select an Item with SOH > 0 (say, 400) , last approved stk cnt date as say,
