Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. 12.1.0.2 + DBaaS : Do we need to apply patch 13031985?

Hi,
The EM12c 12.1.0.2 release notes say that this patch must be applied before configuring DBaaS:

... but the patch says that it only applies to 12.1.0.1:

... it refuses to install on a 12.1.0.2 installation, saying that it requires 12.1.0.1.
Does this mean the the 12.1.0.2 release notes are wrong?

Which is correct please?
Does this patch need to be applied to 12.1.0.2 or not?
