billing issue related to usage line

Hi Experts,

We are on 11.5.9.

We have an issue in  billing issue related to usage line.

Billing has been done correctly till 4th July.

After that billing was not generated even there is an increment in associated
counter reading from 345365 to 345468.


I could also see records in oks_bill_sub_line_dtls for previous increments in counter readings.
That means from 342966  to 345365.

There are no records exists in table related to increment in readings from  345365 to 345468.

Enclosing the screen shot relevant to it.

I am new to this service module.Could you please advice what could be issue and how to troubleshoot further.
