Customer Merge from Customer type Organisation to customer type Person

 Hello Experts,
Can you guide me if it is possible to merge customer type Organisation to customer type Person. Users does mistake while creating customer by mistake they had chosen customer type as Organisation instead of person. Now the old transactions had to be merged with the new customer having correct type i.e. person, but the system is not allowing to do so. 

Please help
