Conversion date for LCM Charges Conversion in LCM as service

Dear all,
we have a requirement for which LCM charges have to be generated considering system date rather than receipt date in LCM as service . Lets say a PO has been received today and the lines are pending in interface . My requirement is that I will run  Shipments Interface Import after 4 days . now does the system consider the conversion date for which the records are interfaced to LCM or the date of receipt. I am using corporate for the profile 'INL: Default Currency Conversion Type'
