Problem compiling GGMCORE.pll and GMECOM.pll after R12 upgrade

Apps 12.1.3

Various OPM forms do not work after upgrading to R12.  When we initially did the proof of concept environment we had the same problem and had submitted SR to get a solution.  The solution was to complile three libraries:  FNDSQF.pll, GGMCORE.pll and GMECOM.pll using frmcmp_batch_sh

Our DBA tried this again today, but was only successful in compiling FNDSQF.pll, not the other two libraries.  The result are attached to the request
