Shipping line status is 'Staged/Pick Confirmed' but not lines in delivery tab
Hello, how are you doing? i hope well.
I am in a but of a pickle. I have sales orders in the above situation where:
- Shipping line status is 'Staged/Pick Confirmed'
- and there are no lines in the delivery tab
My question are:
- Why does this happen and what can be done to prevent any future occurrences?
- how do i resolve the orders that are already in the above situation?
Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.
