Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Shipping line status is 'Staged/Pick Confirmed' but not lines in delivery tab

Hello, how are you doing? i hope well.

I am in a but of a pickle. I have sales orders in the above situation where:

Shipping line status is 'Staged/Pick Confirmed'
and there are no lines in the delivery tab

My question are:

Why does this happen and what can be done to prevent any future occurrences?
how do i resolve the orders that are already in the above situation?

Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.
