Tax Issues with Vertex Load File

Hi All

I have uploaded the Loaded the Vertex Tax Rate file to help with the setup of my US Regime. The file loaded successfully with no errors. I've gone through the setups with the legal establishment, created the rules, nabled the taxes but when I go to create an AP invoce, taxes are not automatically calculating. When I go into the tax detials line, I can input them manually with all the tax jursidctions all present.

Has anyone seen this issue before and if so, do they have a resolution?
