how to hide a section if there is no data

I have a report that shows Account and contact  information. there 2 sections.first section is for Account details and then below related contact information. account info comes from account BC and contact info comes from Contact BC .

right now , the Contact section shows up for all the accounts, if there is data shows up data, if there is no contact data for that account, just the contact column headings shows up. 

I wanted to hide the contact section for the accounts that doesn't have contact information in it.
