Inventory Miscellaneous Transaction to Projects with Material, Labor and Overhead Expenditures Items

Is it possible to charge a miscellaneous Inventory issue to a project that creates 3 different expenditure lines:  one line for the material cost, one line for the related labor cost and one line for the related overhead cost?  I am not sure if the "Expenditure Types for Cost Elements" function under Cost Management responsibility would work for this.
