Disable Roller Group field in Segment Value form

Dear All,
Please advice me when i prepare Rollup Group after it i made Summary Account but when we try to assign this in Group field in Segment value so that field were disable ???

How we enable this field .. Is there any checkbox in Accoounting Setup ?????
