ACP and copy of dynamic lists

Hello.
I have created a dynamic list including a criteria. When I try to  export this list with ACP (9.3.1.2) I can't see this list in the export. Even in the log this list is not mentioned - neiher copied or skipped.
The only dynamic lists that are copied are the system ones without criteria.

Has anybody exported/copied a dynamic list with ACP 9.3.1.2 so far?
