Oracle service gets terminated or in the stat where no connection could be possible

Dear all,
I need help regarding problem i am facing in the server

O.S. -> Windows 2008 Server - 32 bit

RAM -> 8GB

Database-> Oracle 11.1.0.6.0 Server

the problem i am facing that all the applications running on Server and suddenly oracle service gets terminated and after that i couldn't do anything and have to restart the server.

When i have seen the alert log i have found something below
"
Errors in file d:\app\administrator\diag\rdbms\orcl\orcl\trace\orcl_j000_9800.trc  (incident=192373):
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 123404 bytes (QERHJ hash-joi,kllcqas:kllsltba)
