Information required on line split functionality

If the Request Date is changed while splitting a CTO item (Sales Order Line Items tab >> Actions >> Split Line), then CONFIG_HEADER_ID and CONFIG_REV_NBR are populated only on the MODEL item of the split line (created newly after splitting). It is not populated on options.

Checking the OE_ORDER_LINES_ALL table.

However, the CONFIG_HEADER_ID and CONFIG_REV_NBR are getting populated correctly on all lines if the Request Date is not changed while splitting the line.

Is this an intended standard oracle functionality?
