Error Install server manager 9.1.2 with Oracle Weblogic 10.3.5

HI, I don't know if I am in the correct community!!!

I would install Server manager 9.1.2 with Oracle weblogic 10.3.5:

• I installed JRock
• I installed Oracle Weblogic (succesfull)
• And when I install Server manager, I get this error :

                       - process has not exited

                       - the step of install : Copying files > Executing command 'C:\jde_home_1\SCFM\smcWeblogic\bin\StartWebLogicAdminServer.bat'

                       - the error in oraInstall....err :

                                                java.lang.IllegalThreadStateException: process has not exited

                       - the error in InstallAction.log :
