Upgrade From 12.1.1 to 12.1.3, Now APXINWKB.fmb Fails to Compile.

Just upgraded from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3 and can't compile APXINWKB.fmb

Error code "Wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'INVOICE_PRE_UPDATE'"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open forms builder Forms [32 Bit] Version 10.1.2.0.2 (Production)
2. open forms APXINWKB
3. Copile
4. attached error.

the package PACKAGE BODY INV_SUM_FOLDER_BLOCK_UPDATE2 IS has an additional field to which the package database.

X_payment_currency_code       IN          VARCHAR2, -- Bug9294551
