How is projects write off credit treated by UER/UBR?

HI

We have a project where the UER amount is incorrect and appears to relate to a projects credit write off. What is included in the calculation of UER/UBR? Is it invoices, credits and write offs?

I am not convinced this is the cause, just trying to eliminate causes for the discrepancy.
