Null Activity Report

Can someone help me design a real-time report that will pull a user's activities that have not been linked to a contact or account (null)? I built a historical report that shows this, but I need it to be real time. If an activity is not linked to a contact and account, it will not be pulled in reports. I used the following fields in my historical report:
Activity ID
Created Date
Account
Contact Full Name
Activity Start Time
Subject
Type
Owned by User
# of Appointments

Filters:
Created by
Type
Start Time
Account is equal to Unspecified
