MSCA issue – unable to disconnect users from printers after they have logged on.

We recently went live with MSCA for Picking and Shipping, but this issue applies to our entire MSCA solution.  We have wireless printers with the users to print product labels.  We are having performance issues with the printers since the users might be logged onto a printer from the prior day.  There is not printer API within MSCA fro printer disconnects which is leaving them connected even if they log off of the scanner.

Under the labels menu in MSCA the users can log onto a printer, and they receive a message: Sign on successful.  When the users using the same menu function to Sign off - from what I have studied about the WSH_REPORT_PRINTERS table, it does not really break the link between the user and the printer – it just turns off the default and enabled flags for the printer-user combination.

Howdy, Stranger!
