Unable to locate file %ORACLE_HOME%\plsql\demo\dbgextp.sql

 I am installing a vendor data cartridge on Oracle 11.2 x64 on Windows but can't seem to locate the dbgextp.sql in my Oracle home folder or  installation folder. How can I download this file for 11.2?
