Using shared and exclusive ip-type simultaneously in a branded zone

Hi,
I have two solaris 10 zones under solaris 11.1, and each one is conected to a different LAN.
Is it possible to allocate an exclusive interface to each one and, simultaneously, allow them to use a third interface shared with the global zone, which is used for backup/restore services?
