RPAS 13.3.1.2 - Configuration Tool Installation

Hi all,what are the requirements/constraints to install the Configuration Tool on Windows 7 64 bit?

I've installed Jdk 1.6.0_32 32 bit (with 64 bit I got an error similar to "java version not suitable)


I've set the following environment variables:
 - JAVA_HOME
 - RPAS_HOME
 - RIDE_HOME
 - PATH

as described in section "Installing on a Windows Environment 4-9" of 
"Oracle® Retail Predictive Application Server - Installation Guide - Release 13.3.1 E35408-02" but I get
the following error message:

There was a problem starting RPAS Tools:
While trying to load the RPAS libraries, an error occured.
This is likely because of one or more of the following:
