SCAN LISTENER - PRCS-1025 : Could not find Single Client Access Name Virtual Internet Protocol(VIP)

Hello,

I already create a database on en two node RAC using /etc/hosts based SCAN. After that because we are not going to use DNS I create a normal listeners for access and remove the scan.

Now I have to create a new datamase bu DBCA do not run if Scan is not configures. I tried to reconfigure the /etc/hosts scan but every command I tried saythe same on both nodes PRCS-1025 : Could not find Single Client Access Name Virtual Internet Protocol(VIP) resources TYPE=ora.scan_vip.type.

sample: root@mp-pre-db-2 # ./srvctl config scan
PRCS-1025 : Could not find Single Client Access Name Virtual Internet Protocol(VIP) resources TYPE=ora.scan_vip.type
