Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Inventory Reports: How can we get negative values in Intransit section of All Inventory Value Repor

When we run the All Inventory Value report, there is the Intransit section. How is that there are negative quantities and amounts in this section?
